From there, every new certificate gets a "Find a Fergus job" search box: type a job number or customer name, pick the right result, and CertMate prefills the customer name, phone, email and site address straight from Fergus. The certificate links to that job automatically, so there's no separate step to match them up afterwards.

Once the certificate is signed off, one click pushes the finished PDF back onto the Fergus job as an attachment, filed exactly where your office already looks for it. No exporting, no separate upload, no chasing down which certificate belongs to which job. Reference numbers stay consistent too: CertMate combines your own job reference prefix with the Fergus job number, so a certificate started from Fergus still fits your existing numbering.
