Find your Work Flow Trade job, right inside CertMate
Search by job number, customer name or address while starting a new certificate. Select the right job and CertMate prefills the customer name, phone, email and site address for you, so nothing gets typed twice.
The certificate links to that job automatically, and CertMate combines your own job reference prefix with the Work Flow Trade job number, so every certificate still fits your existing numbering.

Is my Work Flow Trade login stored anywhere?
No. CertMate never sees your Work Flow Trade username or password. You create an API key inside Work Flow Trade yourself, and it's encrypted before it's stored. You can revoke the key in Work Flow Trade at any time.
Is there a file size limit?
Work Flow Trade accepts PDFs up to 10 MB. If a certificate with a lot of photos goes over that, CertMate tells you, and you can download the PDF and add it to the job in Work Flow Trade yourself.
Can I connect more than one job management system?
