Does connecting Fergus cost extra?
No. It's included on every CertMate Electrical plan at no extra cost.
Does this sync my whole customer list automatically?
No, and deliberately so. You search and pick the specific job you're certifying, so nothing gets pulled across that you didn't ask for.
Can I disconnect Fergus later?
Yes, any time, from the Integrations page in your settings. Certificates already linked to a Fergus job stay linked, you just won't be able to push new PDFs until you reconnect.
Is my Fergus login stored anywhere?
No. CertMate never sees your Fergus username or password. You generate a personal access token inside Fergus yourself, and that token is encrypted before it's stored.
Does connecting Simpro cost extra?
No. It's included on every CertMate Electrical plan at no extra cost.
Can I connect both Fergus and Simpro at once?
No, one job management connection at a time. Choose whichever platform your team actually runs on.
Is my Simpro login stored anywhere?
No. CertMate never sees your Simpro username or password. You connect via Simpro's own secure login screen, and only an encrypted access token is stored.
